Each cabin gets the Harvia matched to its rating, hard-wired by a licensed electrician with a Certificate of Compliance for the circuit. A grey importer cannot offer that.
How it worksOne timber, no cheap tier
Every cabin in the range is Canadian spliced red cedar, inside and out. The entry cabin is specified the same way the flagship is.

Not sure which one you want?
Most people arrive knowing they want one and not knowing which. Four questions sorts it — where it goes, how many people use it, and whether you want cold as well as heat.
Why heat and cold
Traditional Finnish heat, and the cold after it
A sauna at 90°C, a plunge at 3°C, and twelve minutes between them. Here is what the evidence supports.
The range a Core install covers
One plunge, one cabin, 3°C to 90°CSauna
Strong, observationalRegular dry sauna use is associated with cardiovascular benefits in long-term Finnish population studies. These are observational cohorts, so association is not causation — but the relationship is consistent and the effect sizes are large.
Cold water immersion
PlausibleCold water immersion is widely used in athletic recovery and is associated with reduced perceived muscle soreness after training. Evidence on strength and hypertrophy adaptation is mixed — some trials suggest immersion immediately after resistance training may blunt adaptation, so timing matters.
People actually using them
Ordinary mornings, not sponsored athletes. Send us your own photos and we will swap them in.

Our mission
Built for the average Australian, not the sponsored athlete
Core Wellness has a goal to help Australians become healthier better versions of themselves. We don't want to focus and show off a bunch of famous athletes in saunas who get sponsored to do so — this is more for the average Australian who wants high quality equipment based off traditional Finnish style saunas, the kind long-term population research has studied for decades.
The company was started by two brothers from Batemans Bay who have been within fitness their whole lives, going from rugby league when they were younger to a range of sports now to full time work while trying to balance health and fitness. From enjoying hot and cold therapy during their semi professional sporting and very positive research into saunas, they designed and built their own sauna in their back yard from DIY products purchased at Bunnings. After this somewhat success they furthered the idea and invested in proper design and engineering from experts, and came up with the current line up of products you see now.
“Our major goal is to make these products fit into anyone's life.”

We have specific options for both indoor and outdoor options, along with renter friendly heater options too, so that there is a solution for anyone's circumstances.
Our major offer is our financing plans. We looked at a lot of wellness businesses who sometimes charged $50 to $100 a week for their services, which sounded ridiculous to us — for a similar price over a couple of years you could very well own your own, and even better quality at that.
These are also very straight forward to assemble and put together — that is how we have designed them. We also offer customers a DIY option to installation to help lower the costs even further.
